ZenCRM Improvements: Focus on Marketing and Opportunity Management

ZenCRM is enriched with new features that simplify the creation of personalized emails and improve the management of indirect customers:

  1. BeeFree Module : In the Marketing area, a visual template builder, BeeFree, has been added to facilitate sending single emails directly from the lead and contact data sheets. This tool allows you to quickly create professional emails, improving the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns with an optimized and intuitive user experience.
  2. New End Customer Field: in the Opportunities, Contracts and Job Orders area, the introduction of the “End Customer” field improves the management of indirect customers, allowing a clearer and more detailed view of commercial flows.

ZenCRM is the ideal ally for B2B companies that work with partners or resellers, ensuring effective traceability and optimized relationship management. These updates enhance ZenCRM as an even more flexible and powerful tool for managing not only customer relationships, but also the entire sales cycle.

Improvements in ZenDMS: Greater control and traceability in document management

  1. ZenDMS, the document management system of the Suite ZenShare, has been enhanced with several new features that offer greater control over document registrations and simplify the organization and access of documents.

  1. User permissions for canceling registrations: In the Computerized Registration area, a new user permission has been introduced that allows you to cancel only your own registrations, ensuring greater control and transparency. Upon cancellation, ZenDMS sends an email notification to all users involved, automatically updating them on the revocation of the protocol and sorting.
  2. New icons and notifications on Home Page: on the home page, two new icons have been added to simplify daily management:
    -My unprocessed registrations: allows you to view a list of registrations made by the user accessing the platform, but not yet processed by other users or offices.
    – My PECs in error: highlights all the PECs sent by the user that have encountered errors, allowing for rapid intervention to resolve the problem. Once viewed, these PECs will no longer be reported on the home page.
  3. Rejected sorting notifications: in the Sorting area, if a sort is rejected, a notification is sent to the user who originally sorted the document.
