ZenDMS provides several types of approval workflows (majority, unanimity or selection) in table form or by using a graphic designer.
It is a dynamic, evolved and alternative tool to the usual tabular interface, for the construction of approval processes in a visual, rapid and extremely intuitive way. In defining each status, in choosing the approval methods and in selecting the approving users, the user just has to click on the corresponding boxes. You can also edit approval flows with simple drag and drop.
