ZenCRM, a customer relationship management service, is provided to you or to the organization you represent (hereinafter “you” or “your”) by Interzen Consulting S.r.l. (hereinafter “Interzen Consulting”), according to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter “terms”). The use of ZenCRM implies acceptance of these terms of use.
Accesso a ZenCRM
ZenCRM is part of ZenShare Suite, a single integrated platform for client relationship management, project management, workflow, document registration system and electronic invoicing. You can log into ZenCRM using your common account for all ZenShare Suite solutions (hereinafter “ZenShare Suite Account”).
Accesso alle altre soluzioni ZenShare Suite
ZenShare Suite solutions are integrated with ZenCRM. Your ZenCRM account will allow you to access all ZenShare Suite solutions even if these Solutions are not integrated with ZenCRM. The use of some of these ZenShare Suite solutions may require the acceptance of specific terms of use (hereinafter “Specific terms of the solution”). You must read, understand and accept the Solution Specific Terms before using the corresponding ZenShare Suite solution.
Accesso ad applicazioni di terze parti integrate con ZenCRM
Third party applications (hereinafter “Third Party Applications”) can be integrated with ZenCRM. Additionally, you can also integrate any other Third Party Application with ZenCRM using the API if that Third Party Application allows such integration. Access to and use of Third Party Applications may require acceptance of the terms of service and privacy policy applicable to such Third Party Applications (hereinafter “Third Party Terms”). You are responsible for reading and understanding the Third Party Terms before accessing or using any Third Party Application.
Limiti di utilizzo per ZenCRM
ZenCRM provides disk space usage limits based on the contract type signed. It is therefore necessary to ensure that the use is within the limits set by the contract; you will be contacted by our reseller if the usage limits are reached, in order to properly update these limitations.
Termini e condizioni per l’utilizzo dell’API
The integration of ZenCRM with third-party applications using the APIs provided by ZenCRM requires technical skills. Errors or defects in integration can cause data loss and damage. It is necessary to make sure that you have relied on technically qualified people for integration. You agree that ZenCRM is not responsible for any loss and damage to data caused by errors or defects in the integration.
Deprecazione dell’API.
Interzen Consulting, at its discretion, may cease to provide the current version of the API by stopping the API or updating the API to a more recent version. In both cases, the current version of the API will remain obsolete and will become the obsolete version of the API (hereinafter “Obsolete version”). Interzen Consulting is not obligated to provide the latest version features in the outdated version.
Limiti di utilizzo dell’API
Interzen Consulting may prescribe usage limits, including limits on the number of calls, number of records per call, bandwidth usage, and call frequency. It is necessary to respect the limits of use prescribed by ZenCRM to use the service without interruption. Interzen Consulting can limit an activity if the usage limit corresponding to that activity is reached, an API call may fail or be partially executed if the usage limits are reached before or during an API call.
Variazioni delle Condizioni d’uso
Interzen Consulting reserves the right to change the ZenCRM Terms and Conditions of Use. The changes to the Terms of Use are effective at the time of use of ZenCRM by the user following the publication of this change.
