Project Description:
The service offered by Zen E-invoices
- the acquisition of invoice flows in XML format from the customer;
- the validation and control of the correctness of the XML;
- affixing of the digital signature on the XML;
- sending it to Sogei, (the General Information Technology Company of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in charge of exchanging electronic invoicing for the PA);
- management of outcomes and notifications;
- digital archiving of electronic invoices.
Implemented solution
Zen E-Invoices, the complete solution of the ZenShare Suite for managing electronic invoices, provided an immediate and satisfactory response to the needs expressed by the customer.
