The amount of paper documents had reached such proportions that it became unmanageable, the risk of losing documents was very high, and the possibilities for sharing were almost zero due to the lack of an adequate tool.

Need
It was necessary to have a system of archiving and subsequent dematerialization, and a system of replacement conservation that also met the legal obligations in this area.

The aim was to achieve a global improvement in company performance through:

Implemented solution
ZenDMS, a Document Management solution, has allowed us to proceed with a massive digitalization of the document area.
